About Me

I love the web. I have been obsessed with it since dial-up.  How do people create this site?  How can such a space contain all this information?  How is it possible I can connect with so many people globally? It was a fascinating time.  I was obsessed.  I would look up anything and everything on the web.  It got to a point where I was banned by my parents, because they thought I was spending too much time and rotting my brain using the web.  But in actuality I was learning. School reports made me excited, because all the information I needed was on the internet. I could log back on and try to learn how all this was possible. This passion and wonder eventually led to a successful career in web developing (See Mom and Dad!).

Web developing is an art and a science.  You’re creating a site that easy to navigate and gives you the ultimate functionality.  You also want to create something that’s attractive enough to catch the eye and draw the viewer in. As a web developer, you have many tools available to you that will help you create a site that your clients want.  But your options are so broad, they can often be hard to choose from.

target-1506073_1920This is why I created a site.  I want new and old developers to be up to date with CMS and web development news and what options are currently available to them.  This site is for non-web developers as well. If you are adamant on building your own site or just interested in web developing, you will find some useful information as well,

On this site you will find plenty of articles about CMSs such as Joomla, Word Press, and Drupal.  We will write articles to help you compare and decide which CMS will best suite your needs.  We will also share our opinion on the present and future state of CMS and what they will need to do to stay on the radar.  You will find update news and reviews plus a lot more.

I want this site to be your one stop shop for web development news, opinions, and reviews.  I want this to be an open environment where opinions and reviews can be shared, so please feel free to comment, agree or oppose, and share your opinion.  I would love to hear your insight and encourage much involvement.  Who knows, maybe I can learn something new.

Web development is my passion, and I would love to share that passion and ideas to fellow web developers and enthusiasts. If you have any questions, please feel free to visit our FAQ page.  If your question falls outside of the realm of the FAQ page, please feel free to contact me.  Maybe I will write an article about it.  If you have any breaking news or article topics I haven’t addressed, I would like to hear those too.  Now that we have gotten introductions out of the way, please feel free to browse the site and comment as much as possible.  Happy Developing!
